You sign up for one or several of our online courses by contacting us via email or Whatsapp. See the payment section of our General Conditions.
2. Is there any discount?
You can get up to 10% off in the next payment by referring a friend.
3. How can I cancel a lesson?

4. Is it possible to reschedule a lesson?

5. How can I book a lesson?
You can book a lesson in one or several of our courses by contacting us via email or Whatsapp. We will send you the updated schedules for each course.
6. Where do lessons take place?
All lessons, including conversation clubs take place using video conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom. You will need a reliable Internet connection and a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone.
7. What are the payment methods?
You can pay using platforms such as Remitly, Paypal, or Payphone.
8. Do my packages or subscriptions have an expiration date?
Yes, they do. Packages and subscriptions expire 8 months after having paid.
